Apart from basic pay and variable IDA , the post carry other benefits
like HRA , medical facilities , P.F, Gratuity etc. as per rules of
the Company.
Qualification : LL.B recognized by Bar Council of India .
Experience : Must work in Company of repute and handled
issues relating to Labour Law , Service Matters, Civil Suits ,
Criminal Cases , Writ, Tenancy Cases,
Property matters , Arbitration matters etc. .
General Conditions : 1. Reservation / Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-servicemen
are applicable as per Govt. Guidelines 2. Age and experience are
relaxable in case of exceptionally deserving candidates . 3. Those
working in the Govt. / Semi Govt. / PSU should apply through proper
channel or produce NOC at the time of interview.. Higher starting in
the Scale may be considered for deserving candidate.
